As an integral part of the CAL-PRO team, each agent must perform his job with integrity. Our mission is to remain accountable to the clients we serve. Building a strong insurance base is a positive thing, not a negative thing. We must be careful to continue to maintain contact with our clients and the industry we support. We must be a catalyst to our clients to inform, advise, and encourage them to be aware of their insurance environment. Most importantly, we must continue to be responsive to our clients.
